In case of bad weather affecting safety (storm, hurricane, heavy rain, or rough seas) the activity will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the service policy.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: full refund. Cancellations before 48 hours: partial refund (50%). Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
We accept credit and debit card, as well as international or local bank transfers. All payments are secure and protected.
Most of our services are private and personalized. If an experience is shared, you will be informed in advance.
You may request a date change at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
